In order to give the best after sales service to our customers and facilitate the return of material, you have our “Material return Form”.
To return a product, please fill in the return note and enclose a duly filled copy to each returned material, as well as a copy of the order or invoice, in order to ensure that we can process it as soon as possible.
If you have any question about the returns process, please contact our commercial department, as many problems be solved beforehand.
