New condensate separator 944

It helps prevent impacts and erosion caused by suspended water, improves heat transfer, protects equipment, ensures process quality and, of course, separates condensate from steam.

A Condensate-Free Installation

Removing condensate from air / steam lines is crucial for optimizing efficiency, safety, and the lifespan of equipment and installations. Thanks to the design of the 944 separator, you will reduce the suspended water carried by the steam by up to 99.9%.

Simply effective

Through the impacts and cyclonic rotations generated by the spiral inside the separator, all particles transported by the steam are separated and expelled, leaving it completely dry. Watch the operation in this video.

Essential, without exception

The 944 separator is a crucial component for your installation if your objective is to maintain it in optimal condition and obtain the highest quality steam.

Helps to prevent impacts

By separating the condensate, you stop it being carried along the pipes, protecting the components from impacts that can cause breakdowns in the system.

·

Improves thermal efficiency

By getting rid of the moisture from the steam, it improves the heat exchange efficiency further down the line and, consequently, at the point of use, helping to reduce energy consumption in thermal processes.

·

Protects against corrosion

Dry steam minimises corrosion and extends the lifespan of pipes and components, preventing costly shutdowns caused by wear and tear.

·

Ensures process quality

In applications where it directly contacts the product, condensate can mess with its final quality. The separator sorts this out, providing completely dry steam.

We are the only manufacturer that guarantees approved welds

The 944 separator meets stringent European regulations, including the approval of our welding procedures (UNE-EN ISO 15614-1), welders (UNE-EN ISO 9606-1), and welding operators (ISO 14732), in accordance with UNE-EN 764-5:2015 and the PED 2014/68/EU.

The approval process has been overseen by an IWE (International Welding Engineer) and jointly approved with TÜV Austria. To obtain this certification, we have successfully passed demanding mechanical tests for tensile strength, bending, impact, and hardness.

This approval underscores our commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety in the manufacture of our pressure equipment.
